New Home with Mold Problem
I would like to thank Rob Payne and Granite State Remediation.
We were working with clients who were interested in purchasing a home in Pembroke NH. We were looking at a bank property which had been foreclosed on. While looking at the house we noticed what seemed to be mold. My clients were in love with the house but were now concerned about this potential hurdle.
It was mid to late afternoon and I went to my phone and called Rob. He answered right away and listened to our situation. He said he was currently in Bow NH but was on his way. He arrived in record time. He looked thoroughly at the property and was able to talk too, and I stress to my client and explain what the issues were. He did not talk over their heads.
Ultimately, we made an offer subject to Granite State
