Our cleaning process removes deeply imbedded dirt and odors from the grout using high-pressure hot water and highly effective products. Once the tile and grout is cleaned an industrial grade sealant can be applied to prevent grout from absorbing dirt and preserve cleanliness.
Tile and Grout Restoration
Our tile and grout restoration process gives you another option to replacing your tile and grout. Grout can be repaired and re-colored to a color of your choosing. Tile and grout is then sealed with a urethane with a choice of High gloss, satin or matte finish. Our urethane finish makes your tile and grout surfaces easy to clean and eliminates the porosity of the grout. Tile in areas where slip hazards are a concern can have abrasion/anti-slip textures added to the urethane decreasing slip hazards.The abrasion/anti-slip textures have the option of coarse, medium, and fine.
